Apparently some people are experiencing problems with the forums.
I have no remedy for this, if you can't apply here, there are other ways to do so. Creative ways are generally more well received than boring simple ones.
Creativity is important. As is simple instruction. If you CAN fill out an app, please do so, and make sure to answer all the questions properly.
